Are you still wondering if you should spend your marketing dollars on the yellow pages?  Here is a video I found on YouTube that provides a little insight into the question.  If you can make it to the end (yes, the video is boring and their website is overwhelming and confusing but that’s a topic for another day) you find out that their data is based on a survey of dentists and suggest that every market is different.  No huge surprise but nice to have some confirmation.

What do you think?  The offices we work with are showing a big slow down in calls from the phone book.  The smart offices are cutting better deals, getting smaller ads and making sure they have their website listed along with an offer or call to action in the phone book ad and on the website.
