I ran across a blog post today that got me thinking about some of the other benefits of blogging. One thing to realize about blogs is that people who read blog posts tend to think of them as highly credible. That means that if someone writes on a blog about orthodontics or implants and explains what THEY believe it’s all about, readers tend to believe what’s written.
So the question is, if we know that blogs are considered credible, and anyone can pretty much write whatever they want…are you controlling the message in your market? Check out this post on CHOOSING AN ORTHODONTIC CLINIC to get an idea of how you can do this.
The point is in today’s world of online transparency and instant communication, you want to be sure that it is you who controls the message about your industry, your practice, your marketing, your techniques and so on. The best way to make that happen is to use a blog.
Let me know your thoughts and comments.
Bye for now,
Brian
