Well it’s happened again. Google has updated their search service yet again. It’s called +1 and you can learn all about it by watching the video below. What you need to know is that if you are utilizing social media as a part of your dental or orthodontic marketing mix the right way, this change can be huge for you. If you are not using social media like Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr this little update may change your mind.
